Shipping and Handling
How much does shipping cost?
We ship to all states in the United States but shipping cost varies depending on the shipping destination and weight of the item(s).
How long will it take to ship my order?
Standard orders ship within 3-7 business days depending on the destination. If by any chance you did not receive your order within the 7 business days, please contact our customer service representatives.
I’m having issues placing an order

Only items within 30 days of purchase are returnable. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached just as it’s received. For more inquires about our return policy, please feel free to send us an email.
Receiving a Refund
After receiving your returned item(s), we’ll inspect for any damages. Upon checking the condition of the item(s), we’ll immediately process your refund. However, refunds do not include the shipping charges you paid earlier. The refund would be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. Due to ongoing disruptions caused by COVID-19, shipping is expected to take 10 – 15 business days.
